For running coaches
Your DMs are full of training plans waiting to be written.
Running audiences ask how slow an easy run should be, how to build to a first half marathon, and what to do when a knee complains. We turn those questions into a researched, designed guide in your voice. We build it first, at our cost.
For creators with an engaged, English speaking audience, typically between 10,000 and 100,000 followers.
The questions
The guide is already in your comments.
Your audience asks the same questions every week. Those are buying signals. We read your content, comments and questions as evidence, then group the recurring asks into one clear product.
How slow is easy pace, really?

What a guide could look like
An example outline. Yours comes from your audience.
- Where you are startingA simple self-check and an honest baseline week.
- Easy means easyTalk-test pacing, and why most runs should feel too slow.
- The long runHow it grows week by week, and how to recover from it.
- One quality session a weekStrides, tempo and intervals, in plain language.
- Strength and mobility basicsTwo short routines that fit before or after a run.
- Fuel and race weekWhat to practise in training so race day holds no surprises.
- Niggles and restAdjusting the plan, and knowing when to see a professional.
Who buys it
The people already asking you.
- New runners who finished a 5k and want a bigger goal.
- Runners who keep getting hurt when they add mileage too fast.
- Followers who want your approach, not a generic plan from an app.
Why a guide
A training plan on its own is easy to find. What your followers want is your reasoning: why this pace, why this week is lighter, what to do when life gets in the way. That reasoning is what turns a plan into a guide.

The partnership
We win when the product wins.
- We build it first, at our cost. You see the finished product before you agree to anything.
- Nothing is published without your approval. You see a preview, then the full file, then the sales page.
- Little of your time. A few short emails, one look at the finished product, and your own launch posts. No calls required.
- Your content stays yours. We do not publish anything under your name without your approval, and we do not claim your audience or your content.
- A short written agreement. Who owns what and how revenue is shared are set in writing before launch, not on this page.
- Checkout and delivery on Whop. We set up the sales page and the store. You launch to your audience.
Legal and financial terms are confirmed in the written agreement, not on this page.

Questions
Before you apply.
Free training plans are everywhere. Why would anyone pay for mine?
Because a plan is only the table at the back. The guide is your reasoning around it: pacing, recovery, what to change when a week goes wrong, in your voice. We do not promise sales. We build the full product first, at our cost, so you can judge it before agreeing to anything.
Do I need to write the guide myself?
No. We research, write and design the whole product from your content and your audience's questions, in your voice. You read the finished product and approve it before anything is published.
Who owns the product?
This is set in the written agreement before we start. We do not publish anything under your name without your approval, and we do not claim your audience or your content.
