For sourdough bakers

Every flat loaf in your comments is a chapter.

Sourdough audiences ask the same questions every week: is my starter ready, why is my crumb dense, how do I fit this around work. We turn those questions into a researched, designed guide in your voice. We build it first, at our cost.

For creators with an engaged, English speaking audience, typically between 10,000 and 100,000 followers.

The questions

The guide is already in your comments.

Your audience asks the same questions every week. Those are buying signals. We read your content, comments and questions as evidence, then group the recurring asks into one clear product.

  • Is my starter dead?a photo of a jar, sent by DM
  • Why is my loaf so flat?under every crumb shot
  • What is your schedule if you work nine to five?asked under a bake-day video
  • Can you share the exact recipe in grams?a recipe saved far more than it is liked

What a guide could look like

An example outline. Yours comes from your audience.

Sourdough · workbook

The Workday Loaf

A reliable sourdough on a schedule that fits a normal working week.

Bonus tools

  • Weekday and weekend baking schedules
  • Bake log with a crumb diagnosis sheet

Illustrative outline, written for this page. We have not built a sourdough guide yet. Yours would come from your content and your audience's questions, and could look quite different.

  1. A starter you can readRise, smell and float, and what each sign really tells you.
  2. Flour, water, saltHydration in baker's percentages, explained with one recipe.
  3. Bulk fermentationTemperature, time and the signs of a finished bulk.
  4. Shaping and surface tensionPre-shape, final shape, and why loaves spread.
  5. The cold retardUsing the fridge to move bake day to when you are free.
  6. Scoring and bakingDutch oven, steam, oven spring, and reading the crust.
  7. Reading the crumbDense, gummy, wild holes: a side-by-side diagnostic.

Who buys it

The people already asking you.

  • Home bakers with a starter on the counter and three disappointing loaves behind them.
  • People who bake at weekends and want it to fit their working week.
  • Followers who screenshot your recipes and lose them in their camera roll.

Why a guide

Sourdough is a process with variables, and your followers' questions map onto those variables almost exactly. That is what a workbook is for: one method, the reasons behind it, and a log to fix the next loaf.

How it works, step by step

The partnership

We win when the product wins.

  • We build it first, at our cost. You see the finished product before you agree to anything.
  • Nothing is published without your approval. You see a preview, then the full file, then the sales page.
  • Little of your time. A few short emails, one look at the finished product, and your own launch posts. No calls required.
  • Your content stays yours. We do not publish anything under your name without your approval, and we do not claim your audience or your content.
  • A short written agreement. Who owns what and how revenue is shared are set in writing before launch, not on this page.
  • Checkout and delivery on Whop. We set up the sales page and the store. You launch to your audience.

Legal and financial terms are confirmed in the written agreement, not on this page.

Selected work

Questions

Before you apply.

My recipe is already on my page. Why would anyone pay for a guide?

A recipe tells people what to do when everything goes right. A guide explains what to do when it does not: the schedule, the signs, the fixes, in order. We do not promise sales. We build the full product first, at our cost, so you can judge it before agreeing to anything.

Do I need to write the guide myself?

No. We research, write and design the whole product from your content and your audience's questions, in your voice. You read the finished product and approve it before anything is published.

Who owns the product?

This is set in the written agreement before we start. We do not publish anything under your name without your approval, and we do not claim your audience or your content.
